Arrive Tokyo

Welcome to Japan. Arrive at Narita Airport where you are welcomed by an English-speaking guide and being privately transferred to the hotel with a half day private city tour covering the highlights of the City of Tokyo. Overnight in Tokyo

Tokyo - Full day tour Nikko

After breakfast at hotel you proceed for a full day trip to Nikko in a coach and an English speaking guide. Visit the Nikko Toshogu Shrine at the entrance to Nikko National Park - Japan's most lavishly decorated shrine and the mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa shogunate and then you are taken to visit the Lake Chuzenji which is well known for their beautiful autumn colors (koyo) and its a Lake at the foot of Mount Nanta and Kegonnotaki waterfall. The almost 100 meter tall Kegon Waterfall (Kegon no taki) is the most famous of Nikko's many beautiful waterfalls. In fact, it is even ranked as one of Japan's three most beautiful falls. Kegon Waterfall is the only exit for the waters of Lake Chuzenji. It can be seen from a free observation platform that is easily accessible on foot, as well as from a paid platform at the base of the falls . In the evening you return to Tokyo.

Tokyo - Full day to Kyoto

A full day trip to Kyoto with the High Speed Bullet Train awaits you. Kyoto served as Japan's capital and the emperor's residence from 794 until 1868. It is now the country's seventh largest city. Countless temples, shrines and other historically priceless structures survive in the city today. You visit the Temple famous for its large wooden terrace - Kiyomizudera located in eastern Kyoto proceeding next to Temple building covered in gold - Kinkakuji Temple in the northern part of Kyoto before proceeding to Kyoto's most famous geisha district - Gion District. Another scenic part of Gion is the Shirakawa Area which runs along the Shirakawa Canal parallel to Shijo Avenue. The canal is lined by willow trees, high class restaurants and ochaya, many of which have rooms overlooking the canal. Later you travel back by the Bullet train from Kyoto to Tokyo station. Overnight in Tokyo

 

Tokyo - Mt. Fuji- Lake Ashi – Tokyo (Coach + Bullet Train)

Breakfast at hotel. From the departure point the tour starts with a drive through the scenic countryside to Mount Fuji, Enjoy the scenery of rural Japan during the drive to the Mount Fuji. You will have a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and grand mountains from an altitude of 8000 feet. Lunch On Own. Then you will take the double-wired sky gondola for a breath-taking view of the volcanic Hakone Mountains, arriving at Owakudani Valley (the Valley of Hell). Admire the view of steam escaping from the rugged mountains of Owakudani. You will also have the chance to try an Onsen Tamago. Next, you will have a boat ride on the peaceful Lake Ashi. You can sit back and relax in the midst of the picturesque and serene natural beauty of the Crater Lake. We then return to Tokyo by bullet train. The tour disbands at Tokyo station. Overnight at the Hotel in Tokyo.
