Arrive London

This morning you arrive into London. Upon arrival make your way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore London. The metro is the best mode of transport. We recommend you buying the Oyster Card, which is available at any of the Underground metro stations. Later in the evening, imagine your favorite songs from the world's most famous musicals as the perfect accompaniment to the sights of London.

Wake up to breakfast this morning and it’s time for you to discover the city at your own pace by hopping aboard the Hop-on Hop-off bus. The 24 hour ticket allows you to see all of London's top sights and attractions in a day. Ride the open top double decker bus for one day, hopping on and off at over 50 stops on three different routes located conveniently close to famous landmarks and attractions. The Red route takes in the best of historic London from Hyde Park to Tower Bridge, via Big Ben, the London Eye and St. Paul's Cathedral. The Blue route also stops off at Harrods and London's best museums. The Green Link passes through Bloomsbury, passing the British Museum connecting passengers with St. Pancras and Euston stations. You can hop off the bus to explore as often as you wish, and rejoin the tour once you're ready. Enjoy a daily free walking tour (departing every day at 11am from Trafalgar Square) allowing you to marvel at the majesty and history of London with an introduction to royalty and politics and jump on board a river cruise for a one-way journey from Westminster to Tower of London or reverse.

London Eye (entrance ticket included) - Take a flight on Coca-Cola London Eye, a visually striking structure and the world's largest cantilever observation wheel. As you ascend over the Thames you will see London's famous streets, churches, palaces and monuments spread out below in a panoramic scene giving you a new perspective of a great city! On a clear day the views can stretch as far as 25 miles to Windsor Castle. You can also experience the four minute 4D Experience, focusing on the journey of a little girl and her father in London in which they visit the Coca-Cola London Eye and enjoy a spectacular take on the capital. Their experience is brought to life with vibrant 3D images of colourful parties and events inside the Coca-Cola London Eye capsules, dramatic firework displays, a snowfall over the city, revolutionary aerial footage of other iconic landmarks and sophisticated, fun 4D effects.

St. Paul's Cathedral (entrance ticket included) - Towering high over the City of London, magnificent St. Paul's Cathedral is widely considered to be Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece. Enter the Quire and marvel at the beautiful mosaics inside.

Post breakfast this morning take a full day tour to Stratford, Oxford, Cotswolds and Warwick Castle.

Walking tour of Oxford - Follow in the footsteps of Oxford's famous students, from C.S. Entry to Brasenose College - Brasenose College was founded in 1509 by Sir Richard Sutton, a lawyer, and William Smyth, Bishop of Lincoln. Brasenose boasts fairytale architecture and a rolling green lawn. Past students include the writer William Golding and David Cameron, current Prime Minister of the UK.

The Cotswolds - Enjoy views of breath–taking countryside, sleepy villages, and bustling market towns as we drive through the charming scenery of one of England's most beautiful regions.

Shakespeare’s Birthplace at Stratford–Upon–Avon - A market town with a difference, Stratford–upon–Avon is the famous home of arguably the world's greatest writer, William Shakespeare. Visit the picturesque half–timbered house where the legendary Bard was born to gain fascinating insights into his childhood.

Warwick Castle - Be part of Britain’s Greatest Medieval Experience! Deep in the heart of Warwick Castle, the Great Hall becomes a hive of activity! Immerse yourself in battle preparations and feel the weight of a medieval sword. Become a soldier – try on a battle helmet for size! This morning another picturesque train ride, this time to beautiful Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. Check in at your hotel, after which the rest of the day is free for you to meander through the winding cobbled streets of this popular city, as you admire the breath-taking architecture, and soak in its sights and sounds. Embark on a walking tour of Edinburgh to unearth the Secrets of the Royal Mile, a treasure-chest of historic gems. The best way to explore Edinburgh is to follow your feet. Where the buses can't take you, and the guide books don't show you is where our real stories can be found, the closes, wynds, courtyards and homes of Old Edinburgh. Early evening a must do is UK's no.1 attraction - The Royal Yacht Britannia which was home to Her Majesty The Queen and the Royal Family for over 40 years, sailing over 1,000,000 miles around the world. The Britannia experience begins in the Visitor Centre on the second floor of Ocean Terminal. Here you will discover Britannia's fascinating past through exhibits, displays and photographs, before you collect your complimentary audio handset and step on board Britannia, a privilege previously reserved for guests of Her Majesty The Queen and the Royal Family. Capital of Scotland since the 15th Century, Edinburgh stands on seven hills creating the dramatic skyline of this lively cosmopolitan city. What better way to see this fantastic city than from the top of a City Sightseeing Tour Bus. Marvel at the impenetrable Castle Rock and hear about the attempts to capture Edinburgh Castle, see the Royal Mile which joins Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyrood House and discover the fascinating history of this amazing city!

In the afternoon, embark on a unique Scotch Whisky Experience. This visitor attraction brings 300 years of Scotch Whisky history to life. This unique interactive visitor attraction in Edinburgh, allows you to experience the sights, sounds and smells of whisky, and the opportunity to discover how scotch whisky is made. Scotch whisky dates back to the 15th century and probably long before. On the Whisky Heritage Tour you will learn the origins of malt whisky distilling in Scotland. To get you in the mood we offer a "wee dram" (taste) of Scotch for the over 18 years old or a soft drink for the children. Using a specially constructed model you can see how a distillery is laid out. We will show you how all the processes fit together to produce the unique product known as Scotch whisky. The tour is guided by audio visual presentations throughout each stage of the tour.

Edinburgh – Skye

From Edinburgh we head west to Glasgow and then make our first stop at the picturesque conservation village of Luss, on the 'Bonny, Bonny' banks of Loch Lomond. Travelling north via Tyndrum we pass over the desolate Rannoch Moor before enjoying time to walk and admire the dramatic Glencoe valley, site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonald Clan. After lunch in the Fort William area, we stop for photos at Scotland's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, then stop to admire Glen Garry and the stunning Five Sisters of Kintail mountain range. Our journey ends in the charming village of Portree, on the Island of Skye, where we check into our accommodation.

Skye

After breakfast we depart Portree for a full day's touring - options include a visit to Dunvegan Castle*, or a trip to Uig and a stop to visit Flora MacDonald's grave and the unique Black Houses. We continue our journey where we can view Duntulum Castle, take photos of Kilt Rock and perhaps enjoy a walk at the Lealt Falls. Our tour ends with the opportunity to admire the Old Man of Storr, before we return to Portree.

Skye – Edinburgh

We commence our descent via the much-admired Eilean Donan Castle*, backdrop for the movie, 'Highlander'; (interior closed in winter) then move on to the pretty lochside village of Fort Augustus for lunch and views of Loch Ness. Our journey south continues over Laggan and the Grampian mountains with our last stop in the Victorian resort town of Pitlochry, before returning to Edinburgh.
